I agree that arrange modules according to how often is use would be nice.
But I would prefer the module be fixed in place, instead of moving around.
I would be very confusing ... try to look for module to use.
However, we can make enhancement to "history" in such a way, when I select
a history, the module is open up for me. In this way, can take take
advantage of both world.
