Right, but in this case I think dt is "wrong" ;-) . The xmp is a format to
intercommunicate between programs, which I consider a very good things,
either because I have more choice for the different tasks, but also because
it permit me to use feature not yet (or that will never be) implemented on
dt. (geotagging in dt still sucks; OTOH many other things sucks much more,
in the other programs)
So I'm thinking if I should implement a new library to better handle xmp
and also that optionally it convert at best the data from a program to an
other. Many users will not switch program, in order not to lose years of
retouching of old photos.
