Does exiftool display this information in a tag ?

I just wrote a few days ago a lua script to get the automatic dynamic
range from a fuji camera, and apply a style I made to compensate for the
DR-200 the camera did.

Obviously, the tags wont be the same for your camera, but the script
might be adapted to your usecase ?
