IMHO you can not do this without a reasonable test setup. You need some
defined test-setup/target and lightsource and see how much of the
dynamic range of your target is still covered by the RAW.
I am pretty sure you can not tell anything about the dynamic range
without a knowledge about the scenery you shot.
