Quite.  Unless you have a test strip in your photograph  the image in dt  can 
only  tell the dynamic range of the image and nothing about how much of the 
original DR you captured. If you want that you'll either have to include a test 
strip or spot meter lots of points to simulate that test strip.

So whether this can be done in dt or does depend on what the OP meant by 
measuring the DR of 'fotos'.  Measuring the DR of the resultant  image, yes.  
Measuring the DR of the sensor, no -  not without a test strip or other 
reference points.

IMHO you can not do this without a reasonable test setup. You need some defined 
test-setup/target and lightsource and see how much of the dynamic range of your 
target is still covered by the RAW.
I am pretty sure you can not tell anything about the dynamic range without a 
knowledge about the scenery you shot.
