1- I write in french because it's my mother tongue, and it is very
faster to me to wrote in french than in english. I think also that
when I write in French language level is much Higer than in english.

follow a tutorial in english
3- number of tutorial in french (and in other languages) is much
smaller than in english (not only around Darktable). It's therefore
very difficult for non english speaking people, that wants to learn
this program to find tutorials (I received many testimonial of french
people on that way through my blog)
4- all my blog, (also my tutorials) is under licence CC-BY-NC-SA, so
feel free to translate my tutorial. You can reuse my screen capture
also, no problem !
5- I'm agree that it's important to have as much tutorial in as much
language if we want to see number of users growth all over the world.
Ary,
I receive your emails and follow your blog. I don't speak French. I have
never had any difficulty using Chrome, Thunderbird, and Google Translate.
Please keep up your good work and don't be deterred!
