Hi,
after a lot of try and error I found that not the format was the problem
but to find the right EXIV-tag.
Not "DateTime" has to be set but "DateTimeOriginal", then import to
Darktable.
Command-Example:
exiv2 -M"set Exif.Image.DateTimeOriginal '1989-06-12 00:00:00'" \
url1989_f201_b2[1-9].jpg
