Hi all,
Is it possible to zoom to a specific output resolution in the darkroom
view? In other words, if I have a 4000x3000 pixel original image and I plan
to output it at 2000x1500, I would like to zoom to 50% (or is that 25%? Is
the percentage based on area or linear size?).
In the darkroom I can see the percentage zoom level, but for output
resolutions where the math is tricky that is not ideal. Also, I dont' think
I can enter a specific zoom level via keyboard.
For certain tools such as sharpening, I understand it is important to view
the effect at the intended output image resolution/size, which is why I
would like the ability to say "Show me what the image would look like
scaled to 1920x1080" or something.
Is this possible? Or, could someone suggest where I might start playing
with the code to try to implement it? Let me know if that's a question
better suited to the devel mailing list.
Thanks,
Owen
