Thanks... NOTA numbers for Delhi are very low and practically insignificant. Only 0.5% of the total vote seem to be NOTA and although in some constituencies where difference between the winner and the loser has been very narrow, I am not sure NOTA was the reason for victory/defeat. I think including NOTA would bring about an "induced bias" on the reason for results.
