You could try the following link below to DOSPRINTER which seems to work
in a similar fashion to DPSPOOL, in that it allows you print to any
standard Windows printer, but, unlike DPSPOOL for which you would still
have to acquire a pdf creator of some sort, it appears to have pdf
creation built in.
