Don't worry, it is normal. The IRIX version of makefile generated by
install routine is broken. Indeed, I can tell how to build DBD::Oracle
under IRIX, but only after I get back to my office on Monday.
Unfortunately, I do not have a spare Octane server at home :). Also
please, read my other thread about n32 bit client crashing IRIX server.
