I don't think it's important either way, because if Postfix starts
first, and tries to deliver to LMTP before dbmail-lmtpd has started,
Postfix will just queue the message and try again in a few minutes.

If someone knows of a compelling reason to recommend a strict ordering,
I would be interested to know. Like if there are other MTA's besides
Postfix that would crash and burn if the LMTP daemon were not available.
