I added query timing code to 2.2.6 so that we can find out which of our queries are still taking way too long. The longest default time is 30 seconds, which bumps the query up to the WARNING (level 2).
Because this dbmail-util query is issued by the sysadmin it's not something we'd necessarily need to work about.
