We have this script running which calls dbmail-util. If a warning or
error occurs an email is sent.
Since 2.2.6 we get an email every day because of this query warning.
This is kind of annoying.
I'd strongly suggest you put this info under the verbose option. We
end-users can't do anything with that info, right?

I added query timing code to 2.2.6 so that we can find out which of our
queries are still taking way too long. The longest default time is 30
seconds, which bumps the query up to the WARNING (level 2).
Because this dbmail-util query is issued by the sysadmin it's not
something we'd necessarily need to work about.
