What problem are you having with mailbox structure and dbmail-export? If
you have mailboxes that contain subfolders and email, we support that by
simply adding a .mbox suffix to the mbox files. So you might end up
with...

INBOX.mbox
INBOX/Foo.mbox
INBOX/Foo/Bar.mbox

Are you finding messages that dbmail-export does not export? Could be a
bug - more details, please!
