That's only true for general medical advice like
  you should try to get a COVID booster
or
  if you are obese you should try to get anti-obesity medication like Ozempic

Both reduce the risk of COVID infection.
Both reduce the risk of severe COVID.

Why does your Health Policy proposal not instruct conference organisers 
to strongly recommend anti-obesity medication?


There are differences what different countries list as travel advice for 
a location and what not, but there are rarely irreconcilable differences
on that.
