Please feel free to do what you feel as necessary to preserve your personal
health. I've also had some cardio related issues in the past and found it
helpful sometimes to take even more drastic measures, like cutting off all
social media and news consumption due to the stress and anxiety it was
causing at the time.

It was very unfortunate that the line of thought in your emails was way too
close to some really damaging ideas that can very easily trigger a
stress response in others. I hope the intention is now clear and everyone
can simply calm down.

DebConf organisers have to find a balance in a very difficult and changing
environment that would *generally* apply to people from all over the world.
In the end people need to also add their own medical situation on top of
those general recommendations.
