I think so too; this can be done by someone who isn't currently allocated grabbing the issue, or if it hasn't been assigned in a suitable time period the chair (or someone designated by the chair) will assign someone who isn't allocated (or is otherwise available). > Do you agree that the maximum size should be increased?
