I suspect you can manually remove the collab-maint repository and
symlink it to the dgit-repos repository (after already pushing all the
collab-maint repository contents to it of course). 

Since dgit is already making repositories that are writable by
scm_collab-qa, everyone who could write to a collab-maint repository
before should still have write access.

I look forward to trying that out once the permissions are finally fixed
so I can dgit push new repos ...
