Subsystem maintainers can choose whether Sashiko reviews go to just
themselves, or to the patch submitters, or the entire mailing list.
Patch submitteres can choose to delete the Sashiko Reviews, if they so
choose.
On the other hand, maintainers are free to prioritize which patches
they handle, as they see fit. If someone has a patch which I consider
low priority, if they fix problems identified by Sashiko, their patch
might ultimately get accepted more quickly. Otherwise, I am
overloaded that low priority bugs that have problems might not get a
review for me for 4-6 weeks (currently; I'm overloaded). The
advantage of Sashiko is they get the automated review in a few hours.
Most the patch submitters (and other reviewers) to my subsystem
consider it a win.
