Since Software in the Public Interest, Inc. is the entity that holds Debian's intellectual property in trust, I am forwarding this to the SPI Board of Directors for consideration. I am also CCing the Debian Project Leader, as his take on the situation will be important in guiding SPI's handling of this matter.
