Hey, if you mean "Wallace v GPL"... The FSF has already admitted price-fixing (albeit "vertical") and also conceded "distribution of software to consumers at no cost other than the cost of the media" (see FSF's brief #35). It is not that hard to escape the GPL already (know-how is in "Distributing GPL software" thread) and Wallace has a good chance to put the entire GPL'd code base into quasi public domain (on the grounds of copyright misuse raised to the level of antitrust violation) just to save bandwidth. regards, alexander.
