Hi, Daniel. I've taken over responsibility for development of Bio-Linux from Tim Booth, who has now left the project. I worked with Tim for many years and with the Debian-Med packaging team, who are helping me to migrate the software in Bio-Linux 8, including your "omegaMap" to Bio-Linux 9.
We want to port packages from Bio-Linux 8 that are not yet present in Debian-Med for Bio-Linux 9: Please will you let us know if you still maintain "omegaMap" and if you are willing to provide Debian-Med with some test data that we can use to validate our .deb package builds?
