As the maintainer of the urdfdom I think that we are good to start the
transition from 4.x to 5.x which is in experimental.
Dependencies needs to be rebuild accordingly.
Have you tried to rebuild the rdeps locally? What are the results?
I've noticed that liburdfdom-model-state is gone, which seems to be causing a
ros-urdf's autopkgtest regression, see [1]. Can you take a look?
