Not that I can see - but give me a couple of days to find out what the other major (non-bankrupt) distros are doing. I've already sent out a few inquiries (not cc:'d to this list) and would like to report back on what I find before we make a decision. IMO, /usr/share/xml seems inevitable. Really.
