In fairness, occasionally people *do* drop by and say something positive.
I've just seen exactly that on the Tellico mailing list today - Robby was
delighted. The occasional expression of gratitude can make up for a
whole train load of negativity, it seems.
However, the number of 'drive by' slaggings-off a piece of software,
hardware, an OS, or whatever, gets always far outnumbers the messages of
praise. A pity.
