Actually, those won't be too useful in catching spam, sorry.  The TESTTEST 
one is simply a "test" test that we're using only for testing (I believe it 
always gets triggered, spam or not).

The FREEMAIL will get triggered if the E-mail is sent from any free E-mail 
account, so it would catch all mail from Hotmail for example.  It won't be 
good at catching spam, but might be useful for online orders systems to get 
alerted that a free mail account is being used.
