No test can be guaranteed not to catch any legitimate mail. However, I
personally feel that the BADHEADERS and MAILFROM tests are good tests to
use -- it all depends on what you consider legitimate mail to be. Do you
really want to let more spam through, in order to help broken mail make it
through your server (when it may well get stopped at another server)?

Another good one is the SPAMCOP test, which seems to block a very high
percentage of spam. It does catch a small amount of legitimate mail --
typically mail that is being sent while spam is being sent through an open
relay. Again, it's likely that that legitimate mail won't make it out
anyways, since a spammer using an open relay will often overload the server.
