That's a new feature in beta, where you can assign a "weight" to each
test. If enough tests fail, and the total weight for an E-mail reaches a
certain threshold, it is considered spam. It's nice because you can still
use tests that have a fair number of false positives, so that the only way
mail would get caught is if it fails multiple tests.
