Has the issue about whitelisting higher order domains will whitelist lower
order domains been resolved?

Example:
WHITELIST abc.com

should whitelist xyz.abc.com, 123.abc.com, etc

Yes (unless someone sends mail with a "return address" different than their
actual @moorcroft.co.uk address, but that shouldn't normally happen).
