In that case, I would recommend suggesting to your customers that they
switch to ISPs that know what they are doing.
Since that may not be an acceptable option, and it seems that this is
outgoing E-mail, you could instead disable the REVDNS test on outgoing
E-mail (by changing the last "REVDNS" line in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg
to "REVDNS IGNORE").
