The problem here is that savvis.net's DNS servers are broken. One of them
(ns1.savvis.net) is correctly returning the a reference to the
microneil.com DNS servers, the other (ns2.savvis.net) isn't. Since both of
them are claiming to be using the same zone for 88.216.in-addr.arpa., but
are returning different results, they are broken.
