Can DSBL be used with Declude yet? If so, what are the configuration lines?
David DSBL: Usage The Distributed Sender Boycott List has two rDNSBL lists, one can have entries added by anybody while the other only accepts entries by users who are trusted by the DSBL staff. Since you probably don't know either the DSBL people or the "untrusted" users, here is an overview of what can get listed into either list: list.dsbl.org: open smtp relays open proxies allowing the CONNECT command webservers using a non-secure formmail unconfirmed.dsbl.org: open smtp relays open proxies allowing the CONNECT command webservers using a non-secure formmail servers with unaccountable users, since a user of an ISP will be able to submit the mail servers of his/her own ISP for inclusion into DSBL; this will probably get many of the free email services and free ISPs listed, especially the unattentive ones that let spammers use their services. These lists can be used in the standard reverse DNSBL list notation, so if you want to know if the server with the IP address of 1.2.3.4 is on the DSBL list, you can do the following query: $ nslookup 4.3.2.1.list.dsbl.org For the open submission DSBL list you would query for 4.3.2.1.unconfirmed.dsbl.org instead. --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
