No.  Because a lot of people won't do that, even if they can.  However, 
there will likely be *some* people doing that (testing every mail server 
that sends them mail).

More likely, lots of people who receive spam will immediately try sending 
the specially formatted E-mail through the server that sent it to them.

And, there will probably be a few people out there "randomly" testing mail 
servers (IE searching for new open relays).

Sending them at off-peak times reduces the usefulness of the DSBL, 
though.  If you receive a spam at 10AM, and don't test the server until 
10PM, it will likely have sent out 100,000's of E-mails in that time.  And, 
someone else will likely have tested the server at 10:15 or 10:30.

It's possible, but unlikely.  We'll have to see how things go with the DSBL 
and how useful such a tool might be.
