Although there is a drawback to this:  If someone sends you an E-mail, and 
gets annoyed that they have to confirm it (so they don't), but they send 
you an E-mail a few days later, they won't be able to reach you.

It would be set up as an action, so it could be set up for specific 
users/domains.

specific to IMail.

Good question.  Either it could be handled as now, or perhaps Declude could 
do something to help (for example, it could first check via SMTP to see if 
the E-mail would bounce; or, it could automatically quarantine/delete the 
bounce messages).

Well, the idea of the blacklist was just brought up, so I don't even know 
if it would be implemented.  But yes, if it works the same way as the 
current blacklists, the HOLD action could be used on such E-mail.
