"CATCHALLMAILS CONFIRM", for example (which would require confirmation for
any E-mails that were sent to a user/domain).

Or, it could be set up for just specific tests, such as "ORDB CONFIRM"
(which would allow mail through from most mailservers without requiring
confirmation).
