John, I think you're thinking about IPP, which I don't think NT supports

Hank, if it's the Windows TCP/IP Printing service you need to install which
then allows you to print to an LPR printer, then as John says, you'll have
to reapply the service pack and then all updates. If it's something like HP
JetDirect for TCP/IP printing to HP printers then you won't need to reapply.
Also, NT supports printing to Lexmark TCP/IP printers natively, although
memory fails me if there is an update for it--it's been awhile since I
played with Lexmarks.
