Would doing a "send all" from the message queue cause this? Because during this time I 
did do a "send all" so I could clear out my
queue.

The "2 error" means that the E-mail file no longer exists.  It sounds like
IMail delivered the E-mail while Declude was still scanning it (which it
should not have done), or the file was renamed for some other reason.  Very
unusual.
