It would be best if Scott would answer which address to use, I personally would use both ".offermonkey.com" and ".financialhost.com" after checking the sites out. As far as the blacklist is concerned and not which address to use, the following information may help you decide on the blacklist usage. ".offermonkey.com" will catch more than "db.offermonkey.com", however, if they send using an address @offermonkey.com it will not get caught unless you place that inside the blacklist.
