I can't say.  That depends on what variables your X-Note: headers are using.

However:

>X-Declude-Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [209.63.151.252]

This one (assuming it comes from the XSPOOLNAME option) shows a return 
address of [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the same as the %MAILFROM% variable, 
or the "MAIL FROM:" line in the IMail SMTP logs).  That's the one you want 
to use.

You could use:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]       Would block that one sender
@db.offermonkey.com             would block any user @db.offermonkey.com
@offermonkey.com                Would block any user @offermonkey.com (but 
not @db.offermonkey.com)
.offermonkey.com                Would block any user @*.offermonkey.com 
(but not @offermonkey.com)
