I believe www.blackbox.com has some and they are pricey! I know I have seen others as well even some that you can dial in directly with a modem. Some will even do a hard reset or cycle power. I looked at some of these a couple years ago but ended up not doing that project at all. We do use VNC, but our data center is only 1/2 block away... so I can sneaker net it if I have to.
