Forgot to mention. There will be no screen interaction while the script is
processing the files but you can see it runing in the task manager. If you
have 10's of thousands of files to process, it may take a few minutes.

I use this VBS script to delete files by date from the \spam\deleted\ dir
automatically.
Just edit lines 34 and 35 or delete the values and it will work
interactively.
It will process all subdirectories below the starting dir.
You can make several copies of this script with different names such as
DeleteOldSpamFiles.vbs and DelteOldVirusFiles.vbs and keep adding them to
the scheduler.
I hold all spam e-mails for 7 days and this script maintains this for me.


Save the attachment and rename the extension to vbs.
Can be run from any dir.
