That's because until recently there haven't been any versions of the 
Declude Console.  I believe the only real change since it started was 
getting rid of that one "Couldn;t" window.

Unfortunately, we just don't have the resources right now to do that.

It might be possible to have the deccon.exe file loaded at startup somehow 
(there has been talk on the IMail_Forum recently about starting processes 
when the system starts up for other reasons).  That might do the trick.
