With regards to this new feature:
o External tests can now have variables in their definitions.
Does that mean we can define an external test like this in order to pass
parameters to the test?:
DOMBLACKLIST external nonzero "D:\domblacklist.exe %LOCALHOST% %MAILFROM%"
100 0
