I see a test in the more recent Declude config files called BASE64, but cannot find any documentation of what this test does and why it would be used. I know what Base64 encoding/decoding is, but maybe someone could enlighten me as to why it would be a good test to use and what it checks for. I did check through this list but only found a couple of messages that did not answer my questions.
