Hi Scott, In my mailbox are a lot of messages in german and italian language. This contains sometimes characters like ,,,, ... However not all this messages trigger the base64-test
If i send a test-message containing in the body only those special characters it will trigger the base64-test. Nearly all normal messages containing sometimes this characters don't trigger the test. I think this is so because Outlook is set to automaticaly detect the best decoding type. We've never had any problem with this test (false positives), because we set it in our weighting system to 7 points with a hold-value of 18.
