We are running the 1.67beta version (due to needing the ROUTETO capabilities for store/forward domains). We use the ROUTETO command in our junkmail file on the WEIGHT20 test. In the header, prior to 1.67beta, we use to see a line in the header that stated it failed the WEIGHT20 test with X amount of weight. Are you referring to the "X-RBL-Warning:" header, or the "X-Spam-Tests-Failed:" header?
If the E-mail failed the WEIGHT20 test, it should still appear in the X-Spam-Tests-Failed: header.
However, if you changed the action for the WEIGHT20 test from WARN to ROUTETO, you will no longer see the X-RBL-Warning: header (since you are using the ROUTETO action instead of the WARN action).
If you need the WARN and ROUTETO actions to be used, you can look at the "Multiple actions per test" section of the manual to see how you can set that up.
Another strange occurrence, is prior to the upgrade, in our postmaster.eml file for Declude Virus we had notifications going to two different recipients (prior both domains were virtual to our box). These two different domains are now setup as store/forward domains, however, they are both handled by the same Exchange Server (outside), thus two entries are listed in our host file. With this in mind, only the second recipient gets the notification not the other. I wanted to see if you had seen this or could offer some advise. Thank you for your time. There was an issue with 1.67 and the notifications, if you use a "copyall" account. In this case, I would recommend downloading the latest interim release (at http://www.declude.com/release/167i/declude.exe ), to see if that fixes the problem.
