Anybody using it to send mail? Anybody seeing mail with Habeas headers?
I'm not using it, but have seen a handful of E-mails using it (typically from the "computer geek" types, not the average end user).
I'm considering subscribing for our outgoing e-mail newsletter, but before I do, want to know if it works.
I haven't heard of a single case for it not working.
However, some people don't use it because they don't want to get *any* commercial E-mail. If you're the type that gives out your E-mail address freely without checking the "Don't send me mail" box, you won't like the WHITELIST HABEAS option (since the E-mail *is* solicited, and the Habeas people will allow them to pay to use the headers).
