Sorry, didn't make myself clear.

Whitelisting Habeas works from a programmatic viewpoint - I use it here. But
I've never noticed any mail bearing Habeas Headers, so I'm wondering if it
works from a marketing standpoint.

That is, if I pay money to Habeas, do my opt-in newsletters stand a better
chance of getting delivered? Or are mail admins not adopting it, which
would make paying for the right to include Habeas Headers in our e-mail a
stupid investment.

I'm not using it, but have seen a handful of E-mails using it (typically
from the "computer geek" types, not the average end user).

I haven't heard of a single case for it not working.

However, some people don't use it because they don't want to get *any*
commercial E-mail. If you're the type that gives out your E-mail address
freely without checking the "Don't send me mail" box, you won't like the
WHITELIST HABEAS option (since the E-mail *is* solicited, and the Habeas
people will allow them to pay to use the headers).
