Add the following line to your global.cfg file: BLACKLISTIP ipfile x:\IMail\Declude\ipfile.txt x 20
(edit the x:\IMail\Declude to the location of your IMail directory location) And then put the attached file into your Declude directory.. I've built this list over the last 8-10 months now.
